Pros

Company Atmosphere: working at Tiller is like living at an amusement park. The energy flow is intense and contagious...there is never a down moment! Afterwork Friday´s anyone? Company Vision: Go big or go home! Teamwork: Tiller is truly a Family. In very few companies have I experienced such a helpful bunch of people aiming towards combined success. Pace: fast, fast and faster.

Cons

Start-up growing pains. A fast pace doesn´t come with few problems. The number of newcomers every month keeps growing and it makes for a pretty crowded office. Moving to a new location will surely help, but it makes it difficult to learn all those names... You can tell that the high growth has employees sometimes stretching more than they can go, but it´s amazing to see them do it with a smile. Well established processes are still in the works, which will surely help to absorb growth.

Pros

A great company if you’re into constant challenges, you like getting your hands on everything and you’re a bit of an adrenaline junky. There are real opportunities to grow if you keep up, grow a pair and beat the pace! Talented people around (often too buried in work to truly shine their light, but they’re there!)

Cons

Excess communications, long hours and self-sacrificing ethics will quickly absorb time and energy. Overactive expansion obliges: Informations aren’t circulating correctly, processes are inconsistent and as a result many tasks end up being redundant or superfluous. There is a big need for stabilisation, but it requires time (the rarest ressource of all!) and a shift in work ethics (which are deeply embedded in the culture, so tricky task ahead!) You need control at that speed! otherwise walls and turn are deadly.
