Toxic Work Environment - Clinical Research Coordinator Tilda Research Employee Review

Challenges of working here.. where do I even begin. Every single staff member that started with me has all left in a short amount of time. It took me a moment to realize why. Expectations are very high for little pay. They expect you to bend over backwards for the company and the moment you speak up about an issue you get a target on your back. They are trying to “innovate” clinical research by cutting corners. I couldn’t not sit back and watch this horror show continue any longer and decided for my mental health to walk away from this toxic environment.
