Pros
- Competitive salary - Good benefits, such as breakfast and snacks in the office and gym membership - Founders seem to be nice people who care about their company
Cons
This review concerns my experience in the Berlin office, I believe the situation is different in other offices. Terrible environment. You either are a "yes man", or you'll end up being bullied and ostracised by management. Poor respect and lots of politics (management talking behind employees backs and escalating conflicts to shouting terms are not uncommon). Far from gender-equal mentality. Very high turn over (5 out of 12 employees left the company in the past year). While some of the employees are competent and nice, many of them seem to lack basic experience for their role. Nepotism seems to be present. Everything is micro-managed, and what was decided yesterday often doesn't hold today (but the change is not communicated).
