      Pros

      Smart, friendly people and respectable output for the edu pub industry. The office is cozy and in a great location.

      Cons

      Weak leadership, declining business, and a lot of waste. This company was recently purchased by a corporate, overseas, non-publishing entity. When I left, its future was very shaky at best.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Small office. Accessible location.

      Cons

      Very little training. Workers tip toed around Bosses. Strange heirarchy of ways to communicate. Small offices are usually more intimate and friendly.
