Well, we can't say enough good about you. Actually, that's not true. This was submitted anonymously, so we can't say anything good about you. We can only presume you are both a scholar and a gentle-person, based upon the quality of your assessment of the company. The energy at Tigerpaw is hard to describe to people interviewing for new roles, mostly because *most* people have never experienced it. Our team genuinely enjoys working together, solving problems, and helping our customers — and each other — succeed. It is incredible to be a part of something so special, backed by a team rowing in one direction (most of the time — we have our days), and targettable goals that push us out of our comfort zone but are still possible. We agree that more companies should be like us. But most companies consider employees an expense first and an asset rarely. We like to take the opposite approach, we think you're swell. If you take care of people, they take care of your customers and everyone wins. We have a lot of smart people here, but it doesn't seem like that complicated of a concept to us.
