Lots of opportunities for you to learn. Really capable amazing people to learn from. Most people do care about their job and will help to push things forward as a team.
Cons
A pushover for most of their Chinese biotech sponsor, do not have the confidence to even consider to say no. English is a second language for 80% of employees, communication + culture shock is unbelievable. Expected to work 996 (6 days 12 hours each at minimum).
