      Pros

      It is an excellent company with great leaders (CEO + Leadership team), a brilliant customer list, and lots of momentum/progress across the teams.

      Cons

      Remote team sometimes comes with meetings outside of your time zones, but it's manageable and at an acceptable cadence.
