Toxic Workplace - Engineer Tigerbrain Engineering Employee Review

I came into Tigerbrain with 25 years of construction under my belt. I had been an inspector over a decade already. I knew how to ensure plans and specifications were followed. Tigerbrain taught me why. My engineering team and immediate supervisors took time and effort to make sure I understood why the specifications were written. Tigerbrain took an interest in my advancement not only as an Inspector, but as a person. This company has become like my family. They consistently show me that they value me not only as an employee, but as a person.

A lot of travel. Some are built for it, other's aren't.

Consistent schedule, regular office environment

Management has zero clue what they want to accomplish and provides zero support. The entire organizational effort seems to be centered on keeping their marketing coordinator happy while she pushes everyone out for job security.
