Frequent Layoffs – Regular cuts every few months create instability and erode trust in the company’s long‑term vision. Over‑staffed Management Layer – Too many directors and managers dilute accountability. Micromanagement Culture – Engineering leads obsess over details while avoiding ownership of outcomes, forcing teams into a “no‑hands” oversight trap. U.S./Mexico Dynamics – The organization tends to protect Mexican teams while shifting blame onto U.S. colleagues for any hiccups. Statements such as “you need to 4× productivity because MX cost is ¼” illustrate a toxic narrative that pits internal groups against each other and stifles collaboration. Low Productivity & Performance – With leadership turmoil, micromanagement, and a blame‑shifting mindset, day‑to‑day delivery suffers, and overall performance remains sub‑par.
