Pros

- Wonderful employees, this is a great group of people: caring, hardworking, experienced, devoted - Professional environment - Upper management is approachable and listens to employee's input - Management promotes from within often - this is the perfect place for growth and stability - Clean, well decorated office spaces - Most design employees have Macs, very few PCs left (which some people prefer) - Very well organized structure and management - There are various weekly meetings that help keep all of the different moving parts on track - Wide variety of clients, brands, and product - constant flow of new opportunities - A perfect sized company - not corporate and not too large, yet not too small - Good benefits: health, dental, transit check, 401K - Vacation and sick days are grouped together under PTO days - Additional Floating Holidays are provided in addition to typical Holidays - Summer and holiday company parties are very fun!

Cons

- One person from each team must always be present in the office, which is usually very helpful. However, this is a downside during the holidays and restricts team design outings. - No office on the west coast ;-)
