      Benefits Scheduled Working hours Rewarding job. Union and union benefits. Available overtime. PTO sick time and vacation accumulation biweekly Personal time quarterly

      Pay could be better especially for the job you’ll be doing. Breaching contracts. Mandation possibly, if they are short staffed they can call and mandate you for up to 16 hours. Not enough room to better your career from employe to supervisor or management.

      Pay and insurance is good

      Cons

      High stress, rushed med pass, constant med changes, violent youth patients, care for DD/MR persons from age 10 years old to 88 years old, frequent admissions, short staffed, management asks for input to better serve our patients however never takes the advice.
