There are some decent employees. Bagels on Wednesdays. On Friday we can wear Jeans.
Cons
Where to start? C Suite knows cable, not Data centers or managed hosting, and they're completely insulated from front line reality. Form before function is the norm, worry more about what's in a report versus what's actually going on. Hosted Solutions ppl rule the roost, and they're pompous, infallable and arrogant to a person. Organizational structure encourages pushback and buck passing from team to team and results in significant delays for client issue resolution.
