Pros
None as others have said location is good in philly but other then that I can't think of any pros at all.
Cons
Upper management from PA is heartless, clueless, dishonest and much more. They are terrible at managing employees. No communication at all between them and tons of sneaky things behind these scenes to better there careers and destroy anyone else in there path. No bonuses, bad raises, no room to grow, no communication. As others stated a lot of favoritism, a lot of bad decision making. I would not recommend working there to anyone ever.
