Pros
I'd say working remotely but you have to be available 24/7
Cons
This place is an absolute disaster. The lack of training and structure made every day a struggle. Workloads were beyond excessive, often requiring juggling 3+ roles at once, so work-life balance was nonexistent. There's a lot of improvisation and a very high staff turnover. Instead of support, there was a no-mistake policy that resulted in public shaming disguised by "coaching". Expectations were sky-high, unrealistic, and added to the stress. Hiring non-English speakers to pay them less led to communication barriers, further compounding the issues. The so-called "Unlimited PTO" was a farce, and the pay was insultingly low. Unethical practices and an obsession with bulk client acquisition deteriorated any sense of stability. This is a place that cares only about profit, disregarding both its employees and clients losing money. An unstable and toxic environment that I strongly urge everyone to avoid.
