With the new investors in Tier1 and their confidence in us to build a strong business, Tier1 was given the opportunity to invest in creating the strategy and the platform to accelerate our positioning in the market. With some of the shifts in the market and the need to ensure we achieved our financial commitments to our stakeholders, the business was required to streamline the costs, and sadly the company had to do some layoffs. We appreciate the hard work and efforts that all our employees are putting into work towards building a successful company. Our vision is to “Revolutionize the Way You Know Your Client” and we chose the word to revolutionize to symbolize how we need to change the market's view of how they think about their client.
