      Company with great culture , organized, disciplined and international

      Cons

      Management at the Countries' Offices to be strengthen. Not enough of good people and work commitment of people is weak , due to the big Group ( 110 countries )

      You have work life balance, ability to travel for trainings, if you are in the training department.

      Cons

      end of the month can be very hectic. so plan for that season.
