Supportive colleagues hindered by poor management and layoffs - Anonymous Employee- Former Employee Tides Employee Review

Management is duplicitous and do not live up to the company values. It shocks me at how little empathy, transparency and accountability the senior and executives leadership team has. This is in addition to the many lay offs and devaluing union employees.
