The community is incredible and the children are wonderful to work with

You will have to make all work from scratch. The curriculum was a shambles. Communication is non-existent. Leadership is toxic Cliques and favouritism from SLT. Head has been aware but did not do anything about it Any ideas or feedback is shut down without addressing any of the issues which impact the quality of education for the children
