Pros
It is hard to say that there are any pros since the company is quite literally running on what feels like a textbook case of a pyramid scheme or multi-level marketing if said more nicely. The idea is that you will be trained to become a salesman by performing door-to-door sales, which was not even mentioned in their interview process. Next, they sell you on the idea that within a short time, you will have the opportunity to become a manager and expand to other areas where you repeat the same process that brought you initially. It's sad to see that there are so many people who may have fallen victim to this company, such as myself, but if you're a graduate or just a person who is looking for a place to work, please stay far, far, far x10 away from this place as your worth is much higher. Also important to note is how many of the reviews on this page are five stars. Let's be honest here: no company like Tidal Management can be that great, and if it were true, I'm sure the whole country would be working for them. Remember that great things never come quickly and require years of work, not weeks/months and this company sells you on the idea that you can.
P.S. Some of the responses from the reviews they respond to are being flagged as A.I., which could be wrong or right; take as you will.
Cons
They make people wear professional attire to their company when they could just bring sweats and sandals as that's probably the only thing you'll afford with their "amazing" business model.
