Pros

I honestly can’t think of a single one

Cons

Health benefits are way too expensive Toxic leadership with massive egos, they don’t give a thought to the employees under them Ineffective HR team Expected to be available 24/7 Zero work/life balance Equity does not exist in this workplace No DEI initiatives No growth opportunities unless you are besties with executive leadership Performance reviews are not tied to compensation They will ask you to travel 24/7 365, but they will lie to you and tell you differently to get you in the door 401k match takes over a year to kick in, they won’t tell you that until after you’ve begun onboarding.

Pros

Great company to work for. Plenty of opportunities to learn different roles

Cons

Temporary contract work so you can get cut if there’s not much work available anymore

Pros

Potential to earn reasonable salary (augmented by overtime/incentive pay), travel to client locations, learn/develop experientially

Cons

Disparity in competencies of full-time and contract employees results in textbook case of 80/20 rule; 20% of people do 80% of the work. "Integration" w/ parent company that has taken several years and remains ongoing has resulted in layoffs, resignations, and a series of efforts that although well-intended, have been horrendously executed leaving employees anxious and unsure of what the future holds, or if it even exists for them.
