You can choose your shift and at whatever time you want.

Cons

- Pays low. - Exploits non-European talent. - Does not communicate well. Especially the manager of my team. They were incredibly nice at first, but ended up showing their true colors when something went wrong. My team and I were fired on the spot. We have tried multiple times to contact our manager, but they never bothered to talk to us like a decent human being to let us know what happened.
