      Definitely an ambitious environment to be around. Everyone is in control of their own success through their own performance. Great for people who wants to maximize their potential

      Cons

      Roles sometimes cross-over as there are so many tasks that involve various departments to help each other out. Sometimes distracting towards my current responsibilities.
