      Pros

      Smaller office sizes with great staff to work along side. Great to see an event go well from start to completion.

      Cons

      Oncall expected at all times. Travel throughout summer periord. Very poor management with little support or team development. Business is always on the clients side, management don't stick up for the staff, only try to please the clients. Technology issues and problems make the job harder and cause complainys from clients

      Pros

      Genuine diversity of culture, staff have a lot of respect for each other, and you do feel genuinely valued by peers and leaders.

      Cons

      Some individuals who are lucky to be there thanks to their connections create a sense of negativity and toxic masculinity. Not great for culture.
