Pros

Able to work independently. Don't feel micromanaged. Team environment.

Cons

Incentive plan was designed to be unreachable. All reps receive about $70/month in bonus pay which is ridiculously low. In order to make a sufficient bonus pay you have to touch 17+ orders per hour. Which isn't feasible in a contact center. Each order issue spans 5-8 minutes minimum so the most a superior agent can reach is 12/hr. This hold all reps in that $70 bonus pay zone each month.

Face value verses market value on tickets. The all sales final policy.
