Pros

Great team to work with, great benefits, good opportunities in call center and on-site.

Cons

As a CSR you will be working in a call center and occasionally have to deal with irate/unreasonable folks who call in.

Pros

Casual work environment, most everyone who works there is friendly, have access to a lot of cool things around town, the activities that are done alongside the core values are pretty neat

Cons

Being in the call center means that you're basically getting yelled at for things you can't control all day and are expected to not have a breakdown because of it. There's also sometimes an air of fear because upper management has been known to go off on random things and start demanding changes with no warnings.
