Very little training provided. It was more of a point, click, and enter information, without understanding why you were doing it. CPA exam forced on every employee. Although the company provides a training/educational website to help, expecting employees to work without training, adding extreme stress, then expecting to study for an additional 20 hours a week is almost impossible.
