Pros

They don't require there employees to work on the weekends. They have a great bonus program.

Cons

They show you videos telling you what. Sexual harassment is, yet it's ok for there management team to break the rules. As long as you keep your mouth shut you can get all the hours you want standing around doing nothing while yelling that nothing gets done!
