      Very busy, but rewarding Work life balance might not be ideal No social activities, could be because of covid

      - international community - easy to contact anyone on the team - networking possibilities

      Cons

      - not many entry-level roles - changes in management --> lots of fluctuation - at times difficult to reach team members due to international nature of the company
