We are concerned to read your comments as our management team thoroughly cares about their employees. In terms of work life balance we are increasing our headcount significantly as well as investing in a lot of technology to help automate internal processes as we go through the rapid growth we are currently experiencing.
Our standard recruitment process does not require payslips and certainly not before any offers are made - this would have been an error on our side and apologies as that is not how we operate.
