Pros
The few dedicated employees that come prepared to work make the job painless and smooth. Jeri, Christina and occasionally Deb have exceeded their job requirements as MANAGERS many times and have saved this place from disaster.
Cons
Understaffing is a huge problem as it doesn't allow flexibility with scheduling. Also, there is ZERO performance evaluation which makes the company overall less professional. Upper management/owners are inaccessible most days and less helpful on the others. Management does NOT take employee temperatures regularly per COVID19 guidelines. There is NO Msda sheet posted that informs what "disinfectant" is being used. And sadly, there is NO ONE verifying that PPE nor proper cleaning protocol is used although it is recommended by the company. Overall, this place is a moderately priced, breeding ground for hostile patrons and infectious diseases.
