      Pros

      The working environment is very comfortable and the people are nice. They offer free breakfast for staff. Xunlei see Engineers as the most important resource and gives them good salary. There are many good New Staff outward courses.

      Cons

      The management is not good enough. There are a little more overtime work. There are many projects which would be cut off since they can not make money immediately.

      1. very much works to do so you don't worry about you cannot learn enough things. 2. Treat the internship people as the normal employers so you can really attend the work.

      1. very little time to rest. 2. too much works and life balance is bad. 3. The main product is not as good as before.
