Pros
Thunder's CEO and leadership team is very focused on the culture - and seems to be very focused on the team's wellbeing. This is reflected in communication from leaders, as well as benefits offerings that Thunder has added in the last year. The team itself is super collaborative, not a lot of ego, and having a lot of fun building the company (which is still young - <2 years old). I love the creativity that comes with having a "foot in the door" at such an early stage, and find that everyone has almost equal opportunity to add value, regardless of their title or level of career experience.
Cons
We pivot quickly, which isn't for everyone (especially those who might come from a very formal/traditional corporate culture)? Not a "con" - but Thunder doesn't yet have physical offices at this stage - everyone is virtual/remote. So, while the current team doesn't have tons of opportunity for "in-person" team-building, I imagine that could change over the next year as we grow and evolve.
