Pros

-Great product -Great company -No Micromanagement -If you hit your quota this is a great job -Great Sales Tools to help you succeed -Profitable company Great place to work. I enjoyed my time here. Great product that actually helps the brands you sell to. The SDR role is not easy, but once you get into a swing of things here you can consistently get a nice paycheck each month. Manager was always there to help when needed. Really cool guy and a good manager. CEO is a great guy and it is nice to work for someone like him. Patty is HR is also great. Customer success team is also very helpful facilitating leads to the SDR's. If you want to grow your career in SaaS sales this is a great place to start.

Cons

You need to be self motivated or you will not succeed. If you do the outreach and hit your KPI's you will most likely hit your quota, but if you aren't willing to do this day in and day out you will fail. Loved it here, but if you want to become an Account Executive you most likely wont find it unless you stay for a few years. With the size of the company sometimes the need for an Account Executive isn't there. The current AE is very good and the other open seat they want to hire a proven closer in that role which is understandable. I still recommend this position/company to anyone no matter the role.
