In my assignment: Independence with little oversight Associates are easy to get along with. Supervisory staff were helpful Benefits package is good for home office area; not so much for distant VMI assignments as physician lists were suited to home area.

Benefits were best in home office areas of NY. Did not relate well to distant assignments.

Management means well overall, can be a very rewarding and lax environment depending on who your superior is.

Some of the management is very heavy on micromanaging and is stressful to work for. Would discourage coworkers from talking or interacting with each other, despite all being in the same space.
