Fraud Company and owner - Digital Marketing Manager Throttll Employee Review

This company in Jaipur is one of the worst places to work. The owner engages in dishonest practices, not only with clients but also with employees. He is unprofessional and is known for withholding salaries, especially for the notice period. This doesn’t just happen to a few employees; many face this problem eventually. In the beginning, he promises positive things like salary increases, but after some time, he starts to ignore you. What’s most disappointing is that he doesn’t stand by his commitments and often denies what he initially agreed upon. Several employees, including myself, have posted reviews on Google, but he reports them as fake, leading to their removal. However, if you check the remaining low-rated reviews, you’ll see experiences similar to mine. During my time there, I saw the entire team leave, both before and after me. Many employees never received their notice period pay. I've also witnessed 4-5 employees send legal notices to him, but he ignored them.
