401k, pension, reimbursement for adoption , remote positions. Everyone is so so kind at Thrivent, My coworkers and the people I work with are some of the most genuine people I have worked with in a long time. They care about who you are as a person. I have 100% faith and knowledge that I could call my coworker, my boss, or my boss's boss's boss with an issue and they will want to hear, take my call and work with me to make sure I am heard, feel safe and come to a solution.
Cons
Male dominated industry. They are also growing and working to increase their DEI. With any change come some growing pains but they are listening to employees and actively making adjustments to make Thrivent a better place to work
