Pros

Passionate group of people dedicated to helping their constituents. Faith-based and member owned. Mid-size national company, doesn't feel too big. Offices in downtown Minneapolis are really nice.

Cons

Not always a unified mission, sometimes more than one department was working on the same project without knowing it. Not the most efficient use of time, communicating with workers in the other corporate headquarters (Appleton) was sometimes difficult.

Pros

Would have been a good opportunity IF it went through.

Cons

BEWARE! They do not disclose a very long and tedious interview process. 3 interviews with a post interview call. Background check, credit check, amongst multiple items to complete in portal. Many emails to respond to. Speaking with 4+employees throughout the process. Did NOT disclose that start date was 3 months post job posting.
