lots of options to work part-time, work from home, telecommute, job share, flex Fridays from May-September (every other Friday off if you work the hours the other days); have opportunities for growth and take on other initiatives or special assignments, leadership is good and approachable, 3 days off to volunteer

work-life balance is dependent on manager, people stay forever so job opportunities are limited, no marketing department
