Great people; Gives back to community; Powerful mission; was once a great and highly sought after company.
Cons
Poor senior management, Awful HR leadership / culture driven by CHRO, unethical practices done by senior leaders, no vision or direction (all over the place with strategy), VSO was a complete failure for losing great talent. The board needs to make some serious changes if this company is going to survive. Many employees are actively looking elsewhere and being recruited by competitors.
