      Pros

      There is an underlying Christian value.

      Cons

      At times, this company acts in very non-Christian ways. Regional Management gives attention to top earners and very little attention or support to new reps. There are people in Director and Management and Managing Partner levels that need to move on. They're "grandfathered" in and Thrivent allows sub-par performance for those individuals for years.

      Would have been a good opportunity IF it went through.

      Cons

      BEWARE! They do not disclose a very long and tedious interview process. 3 interviews with a post interview call. Background check, credit check, amongst multiple items to complete in portal. Many emails to respond to. Speaking with 4+employees throughout the process. Did NOT disclose that start date was 3 months post job posting.
