In May this year we reviewed our pay and benefits offering and implemented a new pay banding scheme. The purpose of this was both to increase earning potential and transparency of pay across our organisation.
We also grew our People Experience team this year, who work alongside our HR consultants to proactively enhance our culture and moments that matter for our people. As part of this work, in September we reviewed all people policies and communicated these across Thrive Tribe. In addition we completed the Data Security Protection Toolkit and Cyber Essentials PLUS to ensure all our processes and systems are secure and GDPR compliant.
