We have a team dedicated to onboarding and training and are regularly improving our offerings for the company and each position. In 2022 we partnered with WorkRamp which is a learning management software, it houses ThriveCamp which all Performance Marketing Specialists and Project Leads go through when they join the company. There are 30 trainings/exercises in ThriveCamp that range from 30 to 90 minutes as well as 21 resources for additional support. We also provide live training sessions for technical, leadership, DEI&B and much more. We would love the opportunity to dive deeper into your concerns as we regularly make improvements based on feedback provided. We have a survey that all new hires complete where we ask for feedback on their onboarding/training experience, including ThriveCamp. Given you are a current employee, I highly recommend speaking to your manager, Career Coach, People Ops (HR) or People & Culture as soon as possible so we can understand what went wrong here.
