      - The Treatment Director was the best boss I've ever worked for. They provided me with the tools to succeed and were always flexible around my schedule. - I felt like my ideas to improve the company were heard. - I increased my knowledge of mental health services, and how to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals.

      Cons

      - Not too much upward mobility as far as promotions and raises are concerned.
