Pros

Thrivable is an organization dedicated to living by its core values, making this is a great work environment for all. Great work/life balance- everyone works remotely and hours are flexible yet communication between staff is impeccable. Great leadership that helps support and propel the team forward with well thought out goals and plans for the future of the company. Ability to learn several different facets of the business and grow within the organization. An amazing work environment with a positive, motivated and smart team that I am grateful to be a part of!

Cons

Small (but mighty) team- if you are used to a larger organization this may. not feel right for you. Must be a self-motivator- working from home means you need to be disciplined and motivated to work.

Pros

I joined Thrivable in May 2022. I still feel amazed at the caliber of the organization, the team, and the culture. Founded and run on the principles of the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), I struggle to think of a place as functional and delightful to work in at our stage, with 4 years in business, a 20+ people team, and having recently closed $6M in funding led by North Coast Ventures. We live our values every day, and the behaviors that drive those values are modeled by everyone, starting with our CEO and founder.

Cons

Baked into the way we operate is the ability to question ourselves when we see we're not heading in the right direction. I don't have anything I would change about Thrivable at this point.
