      Pros

      Opportunity to work on meaningful problems that are directly improving people's lives. I love working with the team, and there is a really strong culture. It's growing quickly right now which is really exciting.

      Cons

      There was a bumpy period during redundancies, but that was industry wide and the company and team is in the best place it's been for a while now.

      Pros

      Flexible work involving reporting labs and giving lifestyle advice. You do not interact with the patient, you just write reports.

      Cons

      I would say this is more of a side role in addition to regular clinical work. It is good to supplement income but will not make enough to quit day job.
