I had a bad experience working here - Compliance Thrings Employee Review

I was a young woman, new to the company. A Senior Partner of the firm behaved in a way towards me which I felt was of a sexist nature, HR told me “he’s just old fashioned and traditionalistic”. I was then asked repeatedly (by HR and supervisors in my team) if I would like to apologise to this Partner for causing any stress to him by going to HR. I was also paid less than a new starter in my team. He’s 3 years younger than me, with no legal sector experience, and I had fully trained him up. I asked for a pay rise and was just put up to alignment with him. I received no recognition for my support/training of new starters. My career goals were not listened to or taken seriously.
