Very stable job, management is super careful on its employees, the owners care a lot about everyone start from drivers to managers, salary is on time, never late, very professional, managers are down to earth and super respectful, no toxic competition and there is a lot of incentives
Cons
No diversity however people are great there Salary is kind of made just to survive
