      Pros

      You get to drive mostly nice cars you could never afford.

      Cons

      Zero hours contract. Get told at the end of the day if you're needed the next day. So if they agency drivers in, employees are off. Only 2 days work some weeks. Half hour lunch breaks if you're lucky. You're expected to be a lot quicker than your satnav says you'll be. Have to clean vehicles on the road for the next hire

      Good money, meet lots of people from all over the world.

      Stressful, long hours, demanding. Customers can be really awful to you.

      The owner and genral manager are great people

      Cons

      The shop foreman believes he knows better than everyone else. The technicians form cliques like in high school. If you raise concerns about safety, they'll dismiss you without hesitation.
