Most clients accept you as a staff and family member. The last management throughout the company in 2020-2021 were open to listening to suggestions.
Cons
If a coworker doesn't like you it can make working with them or even in the same house a struggle. They may try to report you for the dumbest things that will not harm the clients. Like letting the client stay in pajamas the whole day on a weekend.
