Pros

For the most part, the people are very creative and talented with a team mindset. The intention is good and they really do try to make it feel fun and cool.

Cons

Unless you have an assigned spot, parking can be a pain. They really try to instill a fun environment but the execution needs work. Top Heavy: the higher ups get paid very well while the worker bees tend to not. Feels like a start up even though they've been around for several years.

Pros

The best people in the biz! Not only were they the smartest in the industry but they were people that became family. They made working not feel like work, every project, every assignment was a passion project where we pushed ourselves to be better, smarter and create the best thing out there. All of this while encouraging one another to live our best life.

Cons

The only downside was when they were sold to Zealot Networks, they lost some of their independency.

Pros

There are great people at the company. The campaigns I've worked on have been really cutting edge and a lot of fun. It is very rewarding to work on such big impact campaigns that make a difference to our clients. Because it is a small company, there is a lot of opportunity to grow into new areas and be challenged with exciting work.

Cons

Tight deadlines can be tough, but a lot of that is just life in an agency.
